Guest House “Sasha” in Krapets village is a twin house with two separate entrances. It is located on a quiet street just 150 meters away from the boat shore. We have created this place with love and hard work, keeping in mind the need for relaxation and family vacations, celebrating personal or corporate holidays, corporate training and team building events, remote work, and retreats.
Our large garden with sun loungers and hammocks is perfect for friendly conversations, reading a book, or playing with your children. We are open throughout the year, and in the colder months, you can have fun with your friends in the banquet hall.
Accommodation
We have chosen a unique style for each room to give our guests a different experience. Our rooms are bright and cool with pleasant decor and atmosphere, equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. All rooms are non-smoking, and we clean them regularly.
Double room (18 m²) This is a bright and spacious room with a comfortable double bed, suitable for a maximum of two people. It is located on the first floor and has direct access to the garden. The room has a range of amenities including a terrace with a seating area, a TV, air conditioning, a safe (which can be rented), a mini fridge, a hairdryer and towels.
Triple room (18 m²) The room is spacious and sunny, featuring a double bed and one single bed, with a maximum capacity of three people. It’s located on the first floor, providing direct access to the garden. The room has various amenities, including a terrace with a seating area, TV, air conditioning, a safe (available for rent), a mini fridge, a hairdryer, and towels.
Studio (25 m²) This is a spacious room that comes with two single beds or a double bed. It also features a kitchen and dining area. The room is located on the first floor and has direct access to the garden. The maximum occupancy for this room is 2+1, which means it can accommodate up to three people.
The amenities of the room include a fully equipped kitchen that comes with a large refrigerator, an oven, a ceramic hob, a kettle, and a coffee machine. You will also find all the necessary utensils and cookware in the kitchen. Additionally, the room is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, a terrace with a seating area, a safe that is available for rent, a hairdryer, and towels.
Apartment (two double rooms and a breakfast nook, 40 m²) – The apartment is perfect for those who want to spend time together but still have their own space. It includes two double rooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom. The maximum occupancy is 4 people. The apartment is located on the second floor and has a beautiful terrace with a stunning sea view.
Amenities: the apartment is equipped with a large refrigerator, a breakfast nook with utensils and tableware, a toaster, a kettle for hot water, a coffee maker, a television, air conditioning, a safe (available for rent), a terrace with seating, a hairdryer, and towels
Check-in and check-out of the rooms
“You are welcome to check in after 3:00 PM on your day of arrival. To ensure that we can adequately prepare for the next guests, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by noon (12:00) on the day of your departure.
If you require a later check-out time, we offer the option to extend until 6:00 PM for an additional 50% of the room rate. If you require a check-out time after 6:00 PM, the full room rate will be charged. The opportunity for late checkout is upon availability.
Dining
As guests of the guesthouse “Sasha,” you can take advantage of two fully equipped shared kitchens – an outdoor summer kitchen with a barbecue and a banquet hall. The kitchens are equipped with stoves, refrigerators, microwave ovens, a party grill, a kettle for hot water, and a coffee machine. You will have access to a full set of cooking utensils and all other necessary utensils as well.
Please note that the use of the summer kitchen, garden, and banquet hall is only for guests of the guesthouse Sasha. External visitors are not allowed to use the summer kitchen, house, and garden.
Additional Services
Free: You can use the kitchens, internet, iron and ironing board, baby cots, refrigerators, and hairdryers.
Paid: Laundry, safe rental, and loading of a portable barbecue with charcoal and lighting at a specific time.
Pets
Please note that we welcome your furry friends at Guest House Sasha, as long as you present the necessary documents issued by the veterinary services and agree to comply with our pet policy. Our pet policy is designed to ensure the safety and tranquillity of all our guests. Failure to comply with our pet policy may result in us asking you to leave the house, without refunding the paid amount. Please note that we charge a fee for each pet at 5 EUR per day to cover the additional cleaning required.
Reservation
To make a reservation, a deposit must be paid. Please ensure that the number of guests (adults and children) specified in the reservation is accurate, as our prices are valid only for the specified number of guests. Guest House Sasha reserves the right to change the price or refuse accommodation if the correct number of guests is not specified.
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the period for which the reservation is made and are specified in the confirmation letter.
